1) Who We Are

ABL - allbrandsleftover is a Pakistan-based online clothing store selling leftover, surplus, and end-of-season fabric and apparel sourced from well-known local fashion labels — offered at great value prices.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or supervised by a guardian) and provide accurate information when placing orders. Misuse, fraud, or fake orders will result in order cancellation and possible blocking.

3) Products & Availability

Photos and descriptions are as accurate as possible; minor color or measurement variations may occur
Items are limited-quantity surplus stock — once sold, they may not be restocked
Some items may have minor creases, storage marks, or packaging differences typical of clearance goods — disclosed wherever visible

4) Pricing & Currency

All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without notice. In case of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

5) Orders & Cancellations

Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp. We may cancel orders due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or unserviceable delivery areas. A full refund will be issued if payment was made.

6) Payments

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and/or online payment depending on location and order value.

COD: Repeated refusals or fake orders will result in COD restriction
Online: Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account restrictions and legal action under applicable Pakistani laws

7) Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, location, or unforeseen delays. You are responsible for providing a correct and complete address. If a parcel is returned due to wrong address or refusal, re-delivery charges may apply.

8) Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy page. Generally:

Requests must be made within the stated timeframe after delivery
Items must be unused and in original condition
Clearance/final sale items may be non-returnable unless wrong or damaged
An unboxing video and photos are required for damage/wrong item claims

All content on this website — including photos, text, logos, and design — belongs to ABL - allbrandsleftover. You may not copy or reuse it without written permission.

10) Promotions & Coupons

Offers may change or end at any time. One coupon per order, unless stated otherwise. Coupons may not apply to clearance items or orders below minimum value.

11) Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses from delivery delays, courier issues, or minor product variation inherent to surplus stock. Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
